Your Complete User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ph love," "we," "us," "our," or "the Company" refers to the legal entity operating the ph love online gaming platform at phlove.app, duly licensed by PAGCOR to conduct online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the ph love website at phlove.app, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all games, features, and services accessible thereon.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the ph love Platform, or who accesses the Platform with intent to register or wager.
• "Account" means the individual, password-protected gaming account created by a Player following successful registration on ph love.
• "Real-Money Balance" refers to Philippine Peso (₱) funds deposited by a Player into their ph love Account and available for wagering or withdrawal, exclusive of any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional, welcome, reload, or loyalty credits granted by ph love to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
• "Game Rules" refers to the specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and procedural instructions applicable to each individual game available on the ph love Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority responsible for licensing and overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process mandated by PAGCOR and conducted by ph love prior to the processing of withdrawal requests.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the ph love Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the ph love Privacy Policy, the ph love Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Game Rules, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

These terms form a binding legal contract between you and ph love. If you are using the Platform on behalf of any organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you disagree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the ph love Platform.

Access to and use of the ph love Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are 21 years of age or older, consistent with PAGCOR-mandated minimum age requirements for real-money online gaming in the Philippines;
• You are accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines, or are a Philippine resident accessing the Platform lawfully while temporarily located abroad;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of ph love or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You are not subject to any legal restriction, court order, or self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit your participation in online gaming;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.

To access real-money gaming features on ph love, you must register a single Account using accurate, complete, and current personal information. The following registration conditions apply:

ph love is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to conduct customer identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of the following documentation:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (acceptable documents include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office, passport, or Senior Citizens ID);
• A selfie photograph taken by the Player holding the submitted identification document, confirming that the photograph on the ID matches the Account holder;
• Proof of address in the Philippines issued within the past three (3) months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence bearing the Player's name and residential address;
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot confirming the GCash or bank account details belong to the registered Player.

All financial transactions on the ph love Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). ph love does not accept or process foreign currency deposits. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction across all supported payment methods;
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. ph love reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable prior notice;
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the Player's ph love Account balance within seconds of transaction confirmation;
• Bank transfer deposits may require up to two (2) banking hours to reflect in the Player's Account balance;
• ph love does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposit sources must be registered in the Player's own legal name and verified through the KYC process;
• ph love reserves the right to request proof of deposit source for any transaction as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations;
• ph love does not charge Players deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph love bears no responsibility.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real-Money Balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. The following withdrawal terms apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 per transaction. No minimum withdrawal applies to accounts at Gold VIP tier or above;
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practice;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals under ₱10,000 are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for verified Accounts, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week;
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer withdrawals are processed same-day for verified Accounts submitting requests before 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on banking days;
• Withdrawal requests for amounts exceeding ₱100,000 may be subject to additional verification procedures and may require up to three (3) banking days to process;
• Bonus Credits are not withdrawable and cannot be converted to Real-Money Balance until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied;
• ph love reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

ph love offers various promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the relevant promotion:

• Bonus Credits may only be used for real-money wagering on qualifying games as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Credits have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied;
• Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all Bonus Credits issued by ph love is five times (5×) the bonus amount, completed on live casino games or fifteen times (15×) on slot games;
• Bonus Credits expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issuance unless a different expiry period is specified in the relevant promotion terms;
• Promotional offers are limited to one use per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• ph love reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus where ph love has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed in breach of these terms or through account duplication;
• ph love reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been credited to a Player's Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall govern that specific bonus.

All games available on ph love are governed by their respective Game Rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In addition to individual Game Rules, the following general gameplay terms apply across all games on the ph love Platform:

• All random number generator (RNG) game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG system that has been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and equipment procedures conducted under studio protocols;
• All live casino dealing procedures are conducted under PAGCOR-certified protocols. Dealing results are final upon completion of each game round;
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the result of that round will be determined in accordance with the relevant Game Rules, which may include completing the round under standard rules or voiding and refunding the wager depending on game type;
• Malfunction of any game software voids all pay and play for that round. In the event of a demonstrated software malfunction, ph love will refund the affected wager to the Player's Real-Money Balance;
• ph love reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or bet limits caused by a system error;
• Published RTP rates represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome on any individual session or wager.

ph love is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its Platform. The Company provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Limits may be decreased at any time; increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory seventy-two (72) hour waiting period;
• Session Timers: Players may configure reality-check notifications at intervals of 30, 60, or 120 minutes to display session duration and net wagering outcomes;
• Cool-Down Breaks: Players may apply account access restrictions of one (1), three (3), or seven (7) days. Access is automatically restored at the expiry of the selected period;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply a permanent or time-limited self-exclusion to their Account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. ph love will not market to self-excluded Players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph love Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one Account or registering an Account using false, inaccurate, or another person's personal information;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Using software bots, automated scripts, exploit strategies, or any technical manipulation intended to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering strategies with other Players to defraud ph love or circumvent game fairness;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction through your payment provider in bad faith or following use of deposited funds;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or on behalf of any third party;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to ph love without prior written authorisation;
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using discriminatory language toward ph love staff, live dealers, or other Players through any communication channel.

The ph love name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, software systems, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of ph love and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, licence, or interest in any ph love intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph love intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company. Any unauthorised use constitutes grounds for Account termination and may result in civil or criminal proceedings under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph love's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Balance standing to your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

ph love shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if ph love has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph love reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request;
• Submission of falsified or tampered identification documents;
• Activity consistent with prohibited conduct as described in Section 11;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions or due to fraudulent activity, ph love reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where closure results solely from the Company's commercial discretion and no breach has occurred, any Real-Money Balance (exclusive of Bonus Credits) will be refunded to the Player via the most recently verified payment method.

In the event you have a complaint regarding any ph love service, transaction, game outcome, or account decision, you must first submit your complaint to ph love's support team via live chat during operating hours (8AM–12MN PST daily) or by email at the address published in the Contact section of this website.

ph love will acknowledge all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and issue a final determination within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of complete information. Where a complaint relates to a game outcome, the relevant game logs will be reviewed and the certified RNG audit trail examined. Game outcomes certified by the RNG audit are final and binding.

If you are unsatisfied with ph love's final determination, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights to escalate legitimate complaints to PAGCOR.

ph love reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the ph love Platform with a revised effective date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects Player rights or obligations — ph love will provide no less than seven (7) calendar days' advance notice through a prominent Platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph love Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease all use of the Platform and notify ph love to arrange withdrawal of your Real-Money Balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (National Online Gaming Act), PAGCOR's online gaming regulations, Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and all applicable executive orders and administrative issuances of PAGCOR.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, to which both parties irrevocably submit.
